front office associates
Our front office associates welcome our guests with a warm smile and greeting. They ensure guest requests and preferences have been attended to and they present the best attitude while doing so. They offer help and assistance happily according to the needs of the guests and ensure guest satisfaction all throughout their stay. They assist in check in, check out, concierge services, and other hotel services the guest may require.
housekeeping attendants
Our housekeepers accommodate the guests by daily housekeeping of rooms, attending to the hotel’s public areas, and ensure clean and organized look of the hotel. They accommodate guest requests and offer hotel services to the guests. They must work to maintain the cleanliness and give the best quality service to guests - all this while giving a smile and warm greetings to the guests. They must have a cheerful and positive personality (even in handling guest complaints and concerns.
administrative associates
Our admin associates handle all the storing, documenting, and processing of essential requirements for the staff to work, for the guests to enjoy, and the management to operate.
